Internal finished dimensions in metres. This estimator covers rooms 1.2–4 m long and wide, with a 2–3 m ceiling.

Timber & glass

Door: 0.7 × 1.9 m. The window adds 1 m². A glass front uses your room’s full width and height, including the door. Glass also affects heater size.

Benches & lighting

Bench quantities follow a two-level layout. Final lengths, access and heater clearances need to be checked against a drawing.

Prices and assumptions

Product references use Saunainter prices checked on 29 September 2026. All heaters are Harvia. Prices are shown in euros, including 24% Estonian VAT; availability and destination pricing are confirmed in your quotation.

This is a materials planning estimate. Framing, supports, glazing, lighting and finishing allowances are provisional and have not yet been calibrated against completed projects; they are not a complete list of products ready to order. Timber uses regular pack prices, 10–15% cutting allowance and whole-pack rounding. Insulation includes 5–10% cutting allowance. The selected 30 mm foil-faced sauna board is a budget reference; the wall and ceiling assembly must be confirmed for your room.

Delivery, professional labour, demolition, building work, electrical connections, plumbing and floor waterproofing are excluded. Room geometry, bench access, heater clearances and installation requirements need a project-specific check.
