2. Our products and your order

These terms apply to purchases of Sauna Agent digital resources through saunaagent.co. The Finnish Sauna Blueprint is a downloadable PDF, not a physical book or a commissioned building design. The product page describes the edition, content and format supplied. You need internet access to receive the file and a device with a PDF reader to use it.

Review the product, price, currency and applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your complete payment-card details. Keep your order confirmation for reference.

You must be legally able to make the purchase or have the necessary consent. If purchasing for a business, you must have authority to act for it. Provide an accurate email address and protect access to your email and customer account.

3. Digital delivery

After successful payment, download instructions are normally emailed to the checkout address through Shopify Digital Products. No physical shipment or shipping charge applies to the PDF. Check your spam folder if the message is missing, then contact us with your order details. We will help restore access to a valid purchase.

You may also find order information through your customer account and My materials page. Save a personal backup of your downloaded file. A purchase includes the described edition; it does not automatically include separate future products or editions unless expressly offered. This does not affect any updates or remedies required by law.

4. Permitted use

Your purchase permits your personal and professional project use, including printing reference pages and worksheets for your own work. You may use the guide as a reference when planning or coordinating client projects. Copyright and ownership remain with INTERCOM GROUP OÜ or the relevant rights holder.

You may not resell, sublicense, publicly upload or redistribute the PDF, share download access, remove ownership notices, or reproduce substantial content in a competing publication. Professional use does not grant redistribution rights. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by mandatory law.

5. Planning resources and calculators

The guide provides general planning and coordination information. It does not replace a design for your site, permits, local regulations, manufacturer instructions or qualified professional work. Check dimensions, equipment clearances, structural loads, ventilation, moisture control and electrical requirements for your actual project.

Website heater and budget calculators provide estimates using stated assumptions. A calculator result or quotation request is not an order, a binding quotation, electrical approval or a guarantee of final project cost. Materials, installation and project services require a separate confirmed quotation or agreement with the supplier providing them.

6. Withdrawal, refunds and faulty content

Our Refund Policy explains withdrawal and refund requests. Downloading a file does not by itself remove your statutory rights. We rely on an exception for immediate digital supply only if all legally required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements have been satisfied.

If content is inaccessible, faulty or materially different from its description, contact us. Your statutory rights to a remedy remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Website and account use

Do not misuse another person's account, bypass purchase or download controls, distribute malware, or interfere with the store. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address fraud or abuse, without removing valid consumer rights. Temporary service interruptions may occur; contact us if an interruption prevents access to a purchase.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party websites linked from this store operate under their own terms.

8. Complaints and applicable law

Send complaints to hello@saunaagent.co, identifying your order, the problem and the outcome requested. We respond to consumer complaints in writing within 15 days; if more time is needed, we explain the delay and give a response date.

If a dispute cannot be resolved with us, an eligible consumer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. Cross-border EU consumers may also seek help from their local European Consumer Centre. Access to the competent courts remains available.

Estonian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available in their country of residence. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases; they do not remove rights attached to existing orders.
